You know what, I remember being a new hire paired up with Pete. He taught me never to take any sh!$ from the company and to stand up when I felt I was being wronged. And to know my contract inside and out. I personally watched him walk off airplanes.....TWICE when he thought he was being screwed, and I happily walked alongside him. It actually empowered me to do it myself. Now that I think about it, if we were all like Pete we probably would have had a contract in 2016.
