Union failure? I think not! The union is no stronger than the pilots it represents. It appears the Atlas pilots are a bunch of whimps.
It hasn't gone unnoticed by FedEx. They've signed a deal to lay off more flying to Atlas thereby putting even more pressure on pilot wages and working conditions country wide.
