It says that they will advise us of immunizations. Not that they can mandate them. So if a foreign country requires it, they advise us of it. Obviously if that’s the case, there will be personal consequences just as there is now if you choose not to get a visa. That’s not the same from the company mandating the vaccine as United did.

You could state it this way. The company will give notice of the visas and immunizations he must possess.
Cut and dry. You will be advised and if you choose to not comply you will have consequences up to and including loss of employment. Simple.......
