Regionals are paying more than Breeze.
Over 9,000 projected pilots need to be hired in 2022 alone. This whole industry is about to go bonkers. I wouldn’t go to Breeze and I wouldn’t stay at Breeze either.
Mabye it's cause the regional I'm at does not have any substantial bonuses, but a 2nd year captain at Breeze makes the same as a 16 year captain where I'm at.
