This is interesting to hear. So why don’t they just offer you guys stock options? That’s not worth anything right now but would give pilots an incentive to stay and make it work for a future payout until proper pay rates can be negotiated.
They kind of did offer stock…but instead of offering it as compensation…they made them buy it.
