FedEx went backwards while everyone sprung forward. When I first got here from a legacy, I was shocked to hear how the union and the company tempers expectations. It was the first time I heard the phrase, "but what are you willing to give up in order to get that...". I was floored when I went to the first TA road show meeting to hear not just one, but four pilots take to the microphones and sounding like little school girls asking the same question, "what's going to happen with peak if this TA doesn't pass?" In other words, they were more worried about peak and how the company was going to handle peak than they were their financial and professional future as written in the TA.

FedEx pilots don't have a bad contract however they shouldn't be giving up things they've already earned or negotiated. In the past few years FedEx pilots have embraced a lot of change and adopted efficiencies which has made FedEx Express much more profitable and safer: wake up call system, new fuel ladder, less than all engine taxi and PART 121/Flag Operations. And FedEx pilots have crushed it during COVID. They've literally put their lives and families at risk while delivering the Purple Promise. FedEx management violated the people, service, profit mantra that made this company what it is today by negotiating contract 2015 knowing exactly how they were going to dupe the FedEx pilots.

I am trying to wake up FedEx pilots we don't don't make the same mistakes of C2015. It is time FedEx pilots hold the line and advance the ball.

Been there, done that. Not going back unless FedEx burns down.
Because our MEC has sold us out. They are run by ALPA and are nothing but puppets. Read the latest MEC email defending ALPA for us or better yet look at the board as you drive out of the AOC. ALPA...nothing about our MEC.
Our MEC helped set up non-pilot management with fake pilot profiles to watch us.
Our MEC gave in to making the shots mandatory and you WILL be fired if you do not take the shot.
Our MEC HAS given up our A-Plan.
Our MEC is doing exactly what the company and ALPA.
Our MEC has a strike committed. Which of you believe we will strike? Guess what we will not strike so this is another useless position.
Our MEC has already said that they "first time" acceleration of a contract was committed by the company and yet two weeks later a message is out saying the company lied about this.
Get serious, our MEC sells us out either to the company or to ALPA.
Shout out again to the four FedEx Pilots who sued the MEC. Our MEC will be sued again and ALPA will do nothing.
