Also, your ground transportation is supposed to be available at your destination, but the system will usually cancel it. Make sure you E-mail the destination ramp to let them know that you are, in fact, on the scheduled inbound D/H and ask that them to ensure the ground transportation is available.
You can call the hotel, limo, catering option in CRS and they can reinstate the GT, I've done this in the past!
