We just signed a new LOA that in the specific instance of getting junior manned, instead of taking a day in lieu, you can select a day of work and essentially make it 300% so say you had a 7 credit hour day 2 weeks ago, get junior manned, you could select that 7 hour day and make it worth 21 hrs.
