Sometimes I wonder if we even listen to ourselves. Shameful and embarrassing. Especially when I listen to second year first officers tell me they’re making 400K plus.
You're a fool if you think 400k FOs is normal. It’s not, and shouldn’t be. Those people have no lives and sacrifice their QOL, health and time off for the almighty dollar, and quite honestly diminish any leverage we’ve been able to build up over the last few years.
