Hard to call because it varies wildly based on base/seat/hiring/etc... Reserve can often go senior depending on the base/category. I've seen junior guys forced into lines because so many senior pilot bid reserve.
The first isn't possible for a lot of people. Nor was it possible for a lot of people who got displaced from places like CVG
