I think he mentioned Europe, Deep South, and Hawaii in that article (or maybe it was somewhere else).

supposedly the last 20 ordered will have that option, as a model number that does not exist for the A220 was said at one point during a company wide meeting… however it likely will be retrofitable to earlier planes as well.
however, Hawaii and Europe are within range of the A223 already, especially with our international config.
