G7 has the 550s for awhile. They’re not going anywhere anytime soon. Fully stocked on FOs and just like everyone else short Captains. They just announced $20K to upgrade to Captain. I’m sure they’ll give it to DECs too
$20,000 won't get an FO to upgrade if they don't have 1000 hours. An FO can't get 1000 hours if they don't have captains to fly with.
Most DECs are wise enough to steer clear of G7, especially considering all of the AA WOs are hiring DECs.
