Well, official word from the skeds is PR ends on next on-call day 9 hrs after release time. That doesnt seem to jive with 23.S.12 as Chazz stated, which clearly doesnt afford the 9 hrs after release as in the case of a GS in 23.S.9. 🤷♂️
Just take it and don't argue in this case! Lots of new, inexperienced schedulers that don't know the rules (which we've shown are complex and easy to mix up). I've had to walk them thru it several times because they usually short me, especially when there's an ocean crossing involved.
