Airline Pilot Central is the gold standard when researching a Company, from comparing Pay, Benefits, QOL, etc. on the Profile page to reading about the positives and negatives regarding a Company on the Forums. There is no better source to research a Company in aviation, IMHO.
But again on the Forum, you must be able to filter through the hatred and bile AND the rainbow sprinkles and unicorns to get a realistic assessment of a Company. But when someone has only 20 total posts on APC, and they are all negative and focused on attacking just one Company, you are most likely dealing with a troll who, like a crazy, obsessed ex, only wants to hurt their former Company and their former fellow crew members. Likewise, if you have someone who only posts unusually good news, one should be skeptical of that as well. As I often quote Eminem’s character’s final rap battle scene from 8 Mile, sometimes admitting to your weaknesses can be a strength.
