Default Long term outsourcing agreement

That would allow far more people to be trained without expanding our training center beyond what is absolutely necessary.

Bottom line, FedEx has options to increase internal staffing and did not need to outsource 2 Atlas B747’s long term.
So then it must be less expensive to outsource our flying and pay us the penalty than it is to lease simulator time around the world and DH instructors and trainees and house them all. My point being that we should want to strive to change that equation to disincentivize outsourcing. Scope has been opened by management. Which way do you think they want to move that equation?

We are making different points to the same argument.
