I still can't believe that you and others who went from "2 weeks to flatten the curve" to "3 jabs or your job" would continue to work for an employer who is actively lobbying the government to make the vax optional. It must be a struggle living against what your conscience tells you is right. That is a problem that the deadly unvaxed DON'T have.
You can tell what a man really believes by following his actions, and you and the other fascists who haven't left for UA and their 99.9% vaxed work environment appear to be all about the money vs. protecting your families against deadly unvaxed co-workers. Have you done the risk/rewards on this decision to stay in harm's way when there is a safer place to go? Is it really worth the money to be around unvaxed co-workers when there is an employer out there that requires the vax? You have a very different work and life philosophy than your current company's board of directors, owner, and management. Maybe it's time to dust off the resume and turn towards safer skies. Do it for your family. It's an act of love. Life is too short to work in close quarters with dangerous covid transmitting imbeciles who chant "muh freedom" or "faith" or any other stupid ideology who can do damage to you and your fully vaxed family.
Or just keep cashing those checks and your conscience will stay more locked up than a Fauci thanksgiving - either way, thank God you have the freedom to choose. (insert whatever term fits better for freedom, since that term has been removed by other "precedents")
And unlike your disdain for the deadly unvaxed and hope for their banishment, marginalization, and loss of the ability to provide for their family, I earnestly hope you end up somewhere that is a good fit for you and your family and that you finish your career with a peaceful conscience (or whatever term you choose to insert there that is non-offensive to you). I think the shots are 100% covered, so gift cards likely won’t be necessary.
I get that y’all had an argument, but digging up an old post simply so you can claim you were right isn’t a good look.
The guidance released today implies we will be requiring testing or the vaccine, so to me this looks a bit like a self own.
Before you meltdown and attack me, I believe the vaccine is a good thing to get based on what my doctor and my friends that are doctors told me…however I do understand people not being pro mandate. I haven’t decided if I am for the mandate or not to be honest, both sides have compelling arguments.
Most importantly, it’s probably time to chill. I don’t think anyone is changing anyone else’s mind here. Our country needs people to chill out and stop hating on each other. Y’all both like airplanes, maybe talk about that instead.
