LAS currently is the only base you jumpseat to/from work. Once there you get hotels like everybody else. But, jumpseating once a month to/from is easy after doing it 4-5 times a month for years at other airlines. This could change as they’ve had to junior assign FO’s to LAS a lot because of the jumpseating so there is interest in making it company travel.

average probably around 500 hrs a year. Almost never break guarantee unless you’re flying one of the few scheduled lines. Being paid 64 for flying 30-40 isn’t bad.

upgrade? Anybody's guess. Lots of guys eligible now that weren’t before. If they put in for it who knows. Many didn’t last time and they hired street captains.

it’s a very good company. Well run. Decent management. Well maintained equipment. Great crews. Best kept secret in 121
