I saw his memo too, but I notice LAX7ER is green slip city and has been for months. I can’t figure out why they allow it to be understaffed, particularly if 3-man crews are on the horizon for summer? If I was going to close the category, I would run it thin to minimize displacements. SEA7ER is comparatively fat, perhaps they expect those pilots to displace to SEA320?
But what do I know about manning… I would have VEOPed before displacements, not the other way around!
