Don't disagree there! None of us should be waiting on hold to fix their screw ups. In my case, it was during the before times when calls were answered fairly promptly (during normal ops). As an additional data point, the last two times I've had to call scheduling (last 6-8 weeks) I haven't waited on hold more than a minute or two.
