Perhaps if the union would quit pushing their pancake plan, or at least tell us what they are pushing, I would have more interest.
Telling us in terms so vague we have no idea what to be outraged about isn't helping.
The company is always going to lowball us. That's their job. Our job is to say "no".
If it takes voting no resoundingly on a TA, I am ok with that.
The problem is, the union always pushes for us to vote "yes" even when they are feeding us a crap sandwich.
