The 90 is a lagging indicator, for sure. The 24 that left last month is a loud scream to management saying "YOU WONT BE ABLE TO STAFF AIRCRAFT"

I mean damn, they hired 43 last month, and upgraded 22 and 24 left. So assuming those that left were FOs, the net of 19 First Officers isnt even enough to backfill the upgrades and doesnt provide one extra FO for growth. They hired 43 and essentially their FO seniority list shrank.


Oh Jeff....you got some problems on the horizon.

So tell me again Excargo why first year pay is something we need to negotiate for?
