So did we not send the full 20 to delta in November? If you take the 10 from oct attrition numbers and 8 for November that only is 18. Hopeflly all 20 that flow in Dec they all put their resignations in early December. If Dec numbers don't show at least 20 flows then that tells me we aren't sending the full amount.
