With so many "what if's" about overtime, base, plane, per diem, changes in ALV, etc. Just take the hourly rate and times it by 1000, which should give you a pretty good ballpark.

Using the lowest pay plane on property (717) would give you
Year 1: $92K
Year 2: $126

Year 3 could be $150-169K depending on if you changed planes to the 220 or 321/737
