A lot of us are looking at a huge pay cut the first few years. After IOE you are getting a guaranteed $92/hour x's 72, right? What else is there in terms of soft/dirty money?
With so many "what if's" about overtime, base, plane, per diem, changes in ALV, etc. Just take the hourly rate and times it by 1000, which should give you a pretty good ballpark.
Using the lowest pay plane on property (717) would give you
Year 1: $92K
Year 2: $126
Year 3 could be $150-169K depending on if you changed planes to the 220 or 321/737
