I don't feel Omni or others will have trouble filling classes(10 or less per class) as such but the bigger concern for them and others will be how long can you keep them on the property. With everyone hiring and applications submitted everywhere, musical chairs will be played frequently until the music stops. If they are really losing 10-12 a month then it's problematic based on their total numbers.
