There’s only about a 150 ish on first year pay. No way the other 1500 will vote for that, as they shouldn’t. I also don’t think there will be an offer to increase first year pay to what UAL gives right now, even though on first year pay, on min guarantee, it will only cost the company an extra 340k per month i.e. nothing.

To me the biggest thing to try to negotiate once the CBA is up is min calendar day pay instead of a min duty day pay. No point doing 2 red eyes for 10 hours
