The injection modifies your genetics so that your body has a better response to the virus, as opposed to filling your lungs with fluid. As opposed to a more traditional vaccine which injects RNA of the virus so that your immune system will recognize it and fight the real thing. At least that's my understanding of the difference. Am I incorrect?
