Yes. Cape is struggling to keep the FO's after they hit ATP mins even with the contract and Captains are all onto the next step with the hiring boom that has come post-covid. I would recommend your nephew instructs. Flexibility is key in this hiring market which given something unforeseen with the economy, will continue to be a buyers market for pilots with a clean record.
