Not trying to be argumentative but you are incorrect. I am living it right now. I did exactly what you said, bid 777 as my first choice and 757 second so as not to be seat locked. I am on the 757 making narrow body pay. Took it to the company, CE, and tried to grieve it. Not happening. No NHJAC for me. The company and ALPA response is that only if 757 was the last choice with every wide body listed ahead of it would I get NHJAC. I know that's not what 24.F.6 c and d says, but that's how they have decided to interpret it.
