There’s more than just a few overnights that are good hotel/good location….again this is my opinion.
If someone was satisfied with a roadside La Quinta (fortunately this is a hypothetical) would you say their satisfaction trumps anyone else's opinion? There has to be some baseline and there are current properties that would fall below that baseline.
