If the reserve days are purple, they were coverage awards (unstacked) where they’re forced to work those purple days. If no purple days, whatever they got was by choice of their bid or what their seniority could hold. You’d have to compare their bids to their awards to figure it out. In any case, if weekends off is a must, this might not be your gig.
