CA trained and qualified. Will fly in the right seat at FO pay rate unless operational need requires you to fly left seat and paid CA rates. Imagine it will be a few months to solely operate in the left seat as new aircraft come on property and more FOs are trained. I’m assuming CQFOs are only a short term plan to get started but we live in a different world now so your guess is as good as mine.
