Interesting question.... NJ already operates an aircraft with similar specs -- the Challenger 650.
The Challenger 650 has a larger cabin, slightly better range, and is much faster than the Embraer.
Your guess is as good as mine, but I don't recall hearing anything mentioning the Embraer as a contender.
