ORF trips suck so I couldn’t speak on those besides saying they block like 4-6 per day. The stronger bases see 8-10 hours of duty for 6- 8.5 hours of flying. Think like 82 credit 18 off. YMMV.

Load factor is in the 60’s- 70’s, peaked near 80 on a few of the thanksgiving rush days. Pilot morale on the other hand is nowhere near that lol.
