Getting showered and ready to go everyday with a uniform and 6 days of clothes packed isn’t that stressful. Treat it like you’re working everyday and don’t make plans and appointments and it’s much lower stress than constantly trying to swap and drop and plan commutes to some random base.
If you live reasonably close to the airport, dress casually (jeans). Go to the grocery store, hardware store, etc. Just be on a quick return home. Jump in your uniform. Grab your Go Bag, and be out the door in a half hour to an hour. Just don’t get involved in big projects at home you cannot interrupt.
