This. Just because I'm not free to travel the world doesn't mean I'm working..I'm generally able to do whatever I want..
If I'm a lineholder and have to put on a uniform for 15 days to credit 75 hours and I have to put on a uniform 2 days to credit the same amount but only have 13 contractual days off, I worked way harder as a lineholder with (technically) 2 less "days off."
