If I'm a lineholder and have to put on a uniform for 15 days to credit 75 hours and I have to put on a uniform 2 days to credit the same amount but only have 13 contractual days off, I worked way harder as a lineholder with (technically) 2 less "days off."

Keep things comparable, otherwise this just goes into absurdium. I'll give an example:
Atlas FO, I have 21 days off this month and I credit 114 hours.
