23 N and 23 O are worth a read…and a re-read and another re-read. Handbooks and guides and APC are all great references, but at the end of the day it’s worth learning the contract itself. Many sections are challenging reads and will take multiple reads and even further questioning of your peers or mentor to fully understand. But if you can get in the habit of finding and digesting information from the PWA itself, I’m confident you’ll find those skills worthwhile in the long run.
