If that pace continues into 2023 it would be possible that those hired in 2021 could be flirting with upgrade before their seat lock expires.

My buddies that are 2015 hires are hundreds of pilots away from upgrade. They might hit upgrade at 10 YOS, might... Hope they do, and upgrades will drop but upgrades are still significantly longer at NJA than most places.
