Myself and multiple folks with resumes that might be worth looking at (have an interview with another legacy) have been told we don’t meet the required qualifications. After reviewing the qualifications SWA is looking for, I’m not sure what to think when receiving basically a TBNT email two days after I submitted my application even after I’ve applied to other hiring windows and never got such a message. I mean this with nothing but humility but it’s hard to not sit there and question what might be the thought process here in what SWA is looking for. Just curious if there is something I’m missing. How quick was the tbnt? That sounds like an autogenerated email, and basically what that means is there is something in your app that is allowing it to get filtered out by the algorithms before making it to someone in HR and having a real person look over your application. I recommend going through an app review service, if you’ve already done one, contact someone you know at SWA for a recommendation on a diff app review service and get it reviewed again, fwiw.
