Couldn't it be a whole different reason or a chain of events like mcp set and wrong miscalculated weight and balance or some other thing? So far the only facts we know are the ads-b speed and altitude and that company Notam that was leaked. I just can't accept the narrative that the pilots were just too incompetent to rotate at some plausible speed and just couldn't didn't see the end of the runway until they were past it.
Also I've seen many jump seaters aka ACM in the US on their phones right until takeoff.
