I still have a bit stuff to fix before I officially file my app around 3rd week of Jan. With this "7 day free final review", should I only buy this app review perhaps 2nd week of Jan... Get CAGE edited and then utilise it on my final submission 3rd week of Jan? The only thing I worry about it how slow they get back to me these days. I don't want to pay for it today on the 4th and only get my app review done 2 weeks later. Or should I just buy it now (but my app is incomplete due to personal issues on my end) so they can have me in line for the app review later?

Sorry I might sound vague but I am asking should I purchase the app review ONLY when I am ready to submit my app? But I worry how slow CAGE gets back to me, I dont want to have my app completed and stay waiting. OR should I purchase the app review now, with an incomplete app and schedule them to review mine in a week? Thank you
