Totally agree. So many NK guys are defensive at the prospect of better gigs out there and many Legacy guys could never imagine staying at a LCC vs. legacy.
I don’t know why people can’t make up their mind on this decision and will never understand why people ask the forums. It’s like asking on the forums “Should I get the vaccine?”
If you applied to a Legacy, you kind of have already decided what you want.
