ive only been here 26 years, so I guess my sample size is too small, lol. But I fly with former rj caps, or retired mil 99% of the time. We’re getting the cream of the crop, as far as I can tell. Yea, the occasional 2500 f/o from the aviate program may get in a class every now and then, but it’s not the norm. And those that do, are sharp as hell.
