Yea, the occasional 2500 f/o from the aviate program may get in a class every now and then, but it’s not the norm. And those that do, are sharp as hell.
When I upgraded at a regional many many years ago, I was flying with new hires with 3-4000 hours and gobs of multi time. When I left I was flying with 250 hour wet commercial tickets with just enough time in a Seminole to get a multi rating. It’s cyclical yes, but just because you got pick of the litter in years past doesn’t mean you always will.
