Completed interview recently. CJO email says we'll receive a request for documents from the background check vendor. Any idea how long it should take before being contacted by them? I assumed we'd be contacted quickly, fill out documents, and then commence the long background check wait.
Also, I received the talent acquisition email and filled out everything linked from that email. Haven't heard anything further, not sure if I'm supposed to or not.
I don't mind waiting, just wish there was a timeline attached or some update once documents were submitted to know that everything is in order and the process is under way. Instead, I'm wondering if I got every email/submitted everything correctly, or are they waiting for me to complete something that I missed
