For a comparison, I am at the top of the seniority list on max pay in the Latitude as a Captain and only made 290K and that includes a 30K bonus payout for this year due to the CBA passage and 10 extended days at 25K and both these won't be repeated this year. I have already been denied twice to work during my vacations but to be forthcoming, they weren't over Christmas and New Years.
