He mentioned it is the first time he has gotten that since the layoffs as he always triedto work vacations. Prior to July in the Latitude, he never was able to work over a vacation. As he is CC72, under this LOA, the company has to take him. That ends on May 1. If the company is staffed up by then, who knows if you can work more. These last 7 months are not the norm for NetJets.

This is a fair statement. I was hired in 2021, still in my first year and one of my 2 week paychecks was over $14,000 gross. Here's the disclaimer. I had 5 voluntary extended days and a national holiday during that pay period, plus I flew 46 hours that tour so 36 x 148 = $5,338 FDP, approximately $5,000 for the 5 extended days, my base salary of approximately $3,000, and $550 for working a national holiday.
Of course my scenario is not typical, but with the current incentives it is certainly possible.
I have flown with a couple of captains who have worked their vacations too. 7 or 8 days at 2.5 times pay, plus the vacation pay. Now that's how you rack up some pretty impressive W2s.
Again, this a limited time offer, but I'm out to make hay while the sun is shining. To each their own.
