Ok,

CLT is generally pretty senior for FO’s but it does ebb and flow. Generally, the 320 is your best bet there because it is a large bid status. You will likely hold CLT within about 1 to 2 years, as an FO, though it has gone to new hires in the past (like 7 years ago past). CA will likely be 6 to 9 years, but probably will drop by the time you get to that point. If you live in CLT, then AA is a no brainer for you. It’s our second largest hub, are you a regional pilot, corporate, or military?

These thing change constantly though, and I wouldn’t worry about it in your decision matrix.
