WTH is taking SCOTUS so long to issue the ruling?
Given the irrevocable nature of having taken a medication, time is of the essence here. It is why, regardless of your opinion on the matter, the injunction should have stood until SCOTUS ruled.
Although we don't yet have a mandate at my employer, part 1 of the OSHA ETS forces employees to reveal their vaxx status ASAP even as the Court wrestles with what should be a fairly straightforward issue. Even many of my vaxxed colleagues don't want to reveal their status because they don't GAS about the 1 day PTO bribe and they DON'T want to have to go to Canada right now. I don't blame them.
