Its nice to see the 3 branches over government working as its intended to do. The Judicial branch holding the Executive branch in check is beautiful to see! No tyrants or future tyrants shall use "public health" as their cover or a reason to suspend the constitution or the bill of rights to take over the US. Our founders were smart. For the rest of the world, not so much...

Now these same corporations will be subject to lawsuits from forced vaccinationed employees. This should get interesting for companies like UA.

No. There is very well established precedent for that, and a government system which re-directs liability.

That's for any actual adverse event injuries. If you're going to sue just because you're butt-hurt that you chose to get a vaccine to keep your job, that will go nowhere fast.

The narrative is crumbling.

NO legal standing left for jab mandates, and now we are moving on to the masks.

This is glorious
what does this mean on a federal level? Biden can still use masks for 100 days to slow the spread?
Does this mean no masks in schools etc?

Yes. It nuked the governors e.g. NY State mandates......well

..........until the NY gov shopped a district judge and that judge decided to stay the NY State Supreme Court ruling. So the mandates are back on......at least for now. It will work its way up and thru but I suspect the NY Supreme Court ruling is going to eventually stand. The SCOTUS has told us several times already this is really a states' issue. And that's where it should stay. So if the highest court in the state nukes your mandate, it's probably going to be upheld. JMHO.

Wasn’t the NY mandate set to expire 1 February anyways? That’s one way to avoid prolonged litigation. I think you’ll see a lot of this before it more and more gets highlighted how dumb this crap is.
